Upright Valve

To make the installation work as efficient possible it is crucial to have the right preparations and the right materials.

Every valve upright is fitted with a bypass valve in case of failure of the electric valve or when manual irrigation is required. A hose connection can also be added to the upright for showering purpose. To check andnadjust the pressure in the drippers a gauge is standard for each valve upright.

The type of vertical valve depends on the size of the section and the number of droppers in that section.

Use the following type of valve straight pipe for each flow rate:

• KRO 15 ~ 30 m³/hour: 1½” 
• KRO 20 from 30 m³/hour to 45 m³/hour: 2” 
• KRO 25 from 45 m³/hour to 50 m³/hour: 2½” 
• KRO 30 from 50 m³/hour to 60 m³/hour: 3” 
• KRO 75 from 60 m³/hour to 75 m³/hour: 75 mm valve upright with motorized butterfly valv

Other sizes are available upon request
